Compensation & Benefits:

•  $258,100 base compensation
• $20,000 annual retention bonus
• $10,000 annual performance/quality bonus
• $250 shift bonus per scheduled shift (adds $21,000 annually)
• Extra shifts above 7 per month paid at $4,080 each
• Opportunities for additional income through extra shifts
• Malpractice with tail coverage paid
