Family Medicine Physician - Base salary begins at $320k

Geisinger Community Medicine is seeking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physicians to join their team at Geisinger Dallas in Dallas, Pennsylvania. This role offers an outpatient-only schedule with flexibility, a collaborative care model with APP panel sharing, and a robust support system including Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, a 24/7 nurse call center, and a centralized prescription refill team. Geisinger provides competitive compensation ranging from $320k to $375k based on experience, up to $250k in recruitment incentives, and a residency/fellowship stipend of up to $45k.
