Physician Cardiothoracic Surgery

The Geisinger Heart & Vascular Institute is seeking an adult Cardiothoracic surgeon to join their growing practice at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing clinical services across three sites (Danville, Wilkes Barre, and Scranton) and performing the full breadth of Adult Cardiothoracic surgery, including standard and minimally invasive valvular operations and multiple arterial conduits for cardiac revascularization. The successful candidate will be based in Danville and may assist with coverage at other sites. Broad Cardiothoracic training and experience are required, with an interest in minimally invasive, robotic, aortic, or mechanical circulatory support being desired.
