Primary Care Physician - Base salary begins at $320k

Join Geisinger Frackville in Frackville, PA, as a Primary Care Physician. We are seeking Family Medicine and/or Med/Peds physicians passionate about patient-centered care to join our nationally recognized health system. This role offers an outpatient-only schedule with flexibility, including clinic hours from Monday to Friday, one evening per week, and a Saturday rotation (approx. 1 in 6). The schedule includes 36 clinical and 4 administrative hours per week, supported by a collaborative care model with APP panel sharing, a robust support system (Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, 24/7 nurse call center, centralized prescription refill team), value-based care guides, Epic EMR, and a new Ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation. Compensation ranges from $320k to $375k based on experience, with recruitment incentives up to $250k, residency/fellowship stipends, geography stipends, CME funds, fully paid relocation, and 401k contributions. Academic involvement with medical students and residents is also available.
