Psychiatry Physician - Inpatient Child & Adolescent

Geisinger and Acadia Healthcare have partnered to build and operate two behavioral health facilities in Central and Northeast Pennsylvania. These facilities will serve as acute care hubs for a system of behavioral health care, offering services for both adult and pediatric populations, including Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Brain Stimulation Therapy. The centers will address common psychiatric diagnoses such as Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma-Related Disorders, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Substance-Use Disorders. The Danville facility, opening in August 2025, will initially have 96 inpatient beds with capacity for an additional 48, utilizing EPIC for electronic medical record documentation. This role is for an Inpatient Psychiatry Physician specializing in Child & Adolescent care, requiring a Doctoral Degree and a Licensed Medical Doctor certification in Pennsylvania. The position is onsite only.
