IU Health Medical Group - NP or PA - Transplant Surgery- Nights, Weekends (University Hospital)

Full-time, inpatient, nights, and weekends Transplant Surgery Advanced Practice Provider position at University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves admission and night management of pre and post-transplant patients in the transplant ICU and some management of floor transplant patients. The schedule is 5pm-6:30am Friday-Sunday with no call. Qualifications include a Master's Degree, ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification, and experienced APP with transplant and ICU background. Two years of acute care APP experience is required, with ICU experience preferred. New graduates with transplant experience will be considered. Strong critical thinking skills, communication, and proactivity are essential.
