The Opportunity: Join a well-run medical practice where every physician is valued and every patient receives world-class care. Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Hospitalist to join our team.

Clinical Highlights:

Low Patient Census: Maintain quality of care with an average daily census of 14 patients with seasonal variation.

Balanced Shifts: 10-hour shifts (7:00m-5:00pm for rounding or 11:00am-9:00pm for admitting) totaling 14 shifts per 28-day cycle with 2 weeks of vacation.

No ICU or Procedures: Our ICU is physician-run and closed; you will have no ICU or bedside procedure responsibilities.

True Partnership: Work in a supportive team environment alongside Case Managers, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and award-winning Nurses.

Benefits:

Market-adjusted competitive salary and benefit package. Salary is $298,275 with an annual quality incentive up to 14% of base income.
