MercyOne Genesis Psychology Associates seeks a BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our fully outpatient behavioral health team. Enjoy strong support, flexible practice design, and excellent work‑life balance.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient; no call, weekends, or holidays
• Typical volume: 22–25 patients/day
• 2‑year income guarantee + wRVU model
• $80,000 recruitment incentive
• Moving assistance up to $15,000
• PSLF‑eligible
• 4 weeks PTO, 6 holidays, 1 week CME + $6,000 CME
• Full benefits + malpractice coverage
• Collaborative multidisciplinary behavioral health team

Duties

• Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
• Provide follow‑up visits and medication management
• Maintain thorough, timely EMR documentation

Requirements

BC/BE Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Iowa license eligible, DEA, H‑1B exempt.
