UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established UCHealth Primary Care Elk Lakes Clinic in thriving Greeley, Colorado. Enjoy the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients across all stages of life, from pediatrics to geriatrics, while practicing in a new facility with the support of an established team. With phone-only call shared among a large call group and access to approximately 40 specialties within UCHealth Medical Group, this opportunity offers a collaborative practice environment with the resources to support exceptional patient care.

Practice at a Glance

$298,000 annual compensation for this full-time position

Quality and/or productivity bonus may be offered, if applicable

Join an established Family Medicine team at the Elk Lakes clinic

Practice in a new facility located in the heart of Greeley

Phone-only call shared among a large call group

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics

Access to approximately 40 specialties within UCHealth Medical Group for coordinated specialty care

Utilize EPIC EMR

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Interest in providing comprehensive care across the lifespan
