UCHealth Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established UCHealth Quincy Primary Care Clinic in thriving Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity offers a flexible 0.81 FTE schedule, phone-only call shared across a large group, and a collaborative care-team model with dedicated nursing, medical assistant, and onsite behavioral health support. Build lasting relationships with patients across all stages of life while helping meet the needs of growing communities, with access to specialty care throughout UCHealth's three regions.

Practice at a Glance

Flexible 0.81 FTE schedule, with approximately 29-30 hours per week

Annual compensation of $298,000 for a 0.81 FTE position

Achievable quality and/or productivity incentive and starting bonus may be available

Phone-only call shared among a large call group

Established primary care clinic serving growing Aurora communities

Collaborative care-team model with RN and clinical medical assistant support for in-basket management

Onsite behavioral health services

Access to approximately 40 specialties within UCHealth Medical Group and specialty care across all three UCHealth regions

Opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics

Utilize EPIC EMR

Qualifications

MD or DO degree

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Interest in caring for patients across the lifespan
