Job Title: Physiatrist for Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit – WellSpan Evangelical Hospital

Location: Lewisburg, PA - North Region

Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Champion:

• WellSpan is growing our Inpatient Physiatry practice in rural Lewisburg, PA – near Bucknell University

• Seeking an experienced, Board-Certified Physiatrist for hospital-based practice, no outpatient

• Will manage 12-bed inpatient rehab unit seeing post-surgical, TBI, concussions, joint replacements, strokes and any patient requiring rehabilitation

• Will provide consults at WellSpan Evangelical Hospital – a 131-bed, CMS rated 5-star hospital

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or

• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:

• Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and

• Completion of a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Administrative skills.
